Those of you who have been awarded an Audrey Smith Travel award will be paid in cash at the meeting.
Please also see attached choices for the dinner [here] and dessert [here]. You will be asked at registration to confirm your choice. Those who have not yet confirmed their attendance at the dinner can do so at registration. Please remember the costs of dinner have not been included in the meeting registration fee.
BAS is located on the edge of the city and may be a long walk from your accommodation. You should ask at your hotel about transport, but my advice is to use the “Park and Ride” bus service that goes from Central Cambridge bus station to a car park opposite to BAS. However, there are a range of options see https://www.bas.ac.uk/about/contact-bas/travel-to-bas-cambridge/
Have a stress free and enjoyable journey and a stimulating meeting!
