Abstract submission Deadline is 1st of July 2025

Participants are encouraged to submit Poster and Oral abstracts for review by the Scientific Committee.

  • The Committee reserves the right to select the abstracts relevant to the Congress Program and the format in which they will be presented (Poster/Oral).

  • The Committee will accept a maximum 1 abstract for poster display/ oral presentation per presenting author.

Before you begin, please prepare the following information:

  • Title of the abstract and chosen topic

  • Family names and names of all authors

  • Details of affiliation of all author(s); institution, city, country

  • Contact details of the presenting author (email, tel., fax)

Abstracts cannot exceed 300 words.

Be sure that all changes, corrections and proofreading have been carried out before submitting. 

All presenters must be registered for the conference using online registration.
